2Scope
These Terms apply to every offer made by IPTV Ireland and to every agreement concluded between us and the User. By accessing our website or using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a Subscription.
3Offer and Formation of Contract
All offers published on our website are non-binding and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. A contract is formed only once we have confirmed your order by email and payment has been received in full.
Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing or product descriptions do not bind us, and we reserve the right to cancel an order affected by such an error with a full refund.
4Nature of the Service
IPTV Ireland provides a technical middleware service that delivers audiovisual streams over the internet. We supply access credentials, configuration support and customer service.
The Service is supplied for private, non-commercial household use only. Redistribution, resale, public performance or commercial exploitation of the Service is not permitted without a written reseller agreement with us.
5Acceptable Use
When using the Service you agree that you will not:
- share, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute your access credentials to third parties;
- use the Service on more connections simultaneously than your Subscription permits;
- record, reproduce, broadcast or publicly display content received through the Service;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with any security or geographic restriction applied to the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate a Subscription immediately, without refund, where we reasonably determine that these obligations have been breached.
6Intellectual Property and Content Rights
All intellectual property rights in the content delivered through the Service belong to the respective rights holders. We do not claim ownership of, and grant no licence in, any third-party content.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with the copyright and broadcasting laws applicable to you, including the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 and the European Union (Copyright and Related Rights) Regulations in Ireland.
The website, logo, layout, text and graphics of IPTV Ireland are our property and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
7Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in euro (€) and include Irish VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the total price payable; no additional charges are added afterwards.
Payment is taken in advance for the full Subscription term. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Access is activated once payment has cleared, normally within a few minutes.
We may change our prices at any time. A price change never affects a Subscription that has already been paid for.
8Term, Renewal and Cancellation
A Subscription runs for the fixed term selected at checkout and does not renew automatically. No payment will ever be taken from you without a new, separate order.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Because Subscriptions do not auto-renew, no cancellation notice is required to prevent further charges.
Your statutory right of withdrawal and our refund policy are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9Availability and Support
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, your own equipment or your internet connection.
Support is available by email and WhatsApp seven days a week. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
10Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Subscription in question.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from third-party content, upstream provider failure, or your own hardware or internet connection.
11Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers.
12Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in Ireland, or use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
