How quickly do I get my login details after ordering?
Normally within 5–15 minutes of your payment clearing, by email and WhatsApp. Late at night it can occasionally take a little longer. If nothing has arrived within an hour, message us and we will sort it straight away.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfer. All prices are in euro with VAT included, and the price at checkout is the total. Nothing renews automatically – no payment is ever taken without a new order from you.
Which devices does the service work on?
Smart TV (Samsung Tizen and LG webOS), Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV boxes, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, MAG and Formuler boxes, and Windows or Mac. Step-by-step instructions for each are in our setup guide.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If the service will not work on your connection and we cannot fix it within 72 hours of you reporting it, you get your money back within 7 days. Your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal applies on top of that – both are set out in our refund policy.
How many devices can I use at the same time?
Starter and Premium run one device at a time; Family runs two at once. You can install the app on as many devices as you like – the limit is only on how many stream simultaneously. All three plans are on the pricing section.
